∗ Upon completing appointment successfully, the patient will receive a link through the hospital number mask to activate audio/ video doctor consultation via SMS. Patients are required to CLICK ON THE LINK from the mobile device they wish to connect with doctor prior to the scheduled appointment time. The doctor will be connecting with the patient via the Doc990 mobile app, and it is mandatory for the patients to download the Doc990 mobile app if not available.
∗ Upon activating audio/video consultation, you can use the app's chat window to share any reports, images or prescriptions with the consultant.
∗ This Audio/ video consultation feature is only a pre/ post consultation and is NOT a substitute or an alternative to a physical consultation
